TAB Team Supervisor-"Jim" is President of Air Control Balancing, Inc., and is certified by National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) to supervise the testing and balancing of environmental systems. He is one of the select few in the United States to be certified as a "TAB expert" by the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning industry. Certified TAB experts oversee the construction, testing and continuing education of TAB licensees across the United States. Mr. Kaufmann's excellent reputation and over thirty years dedication to his field makes Air Control Balancing, Inc., one of the most sought after TAB service providers in California.

Dorothy is the Vice-President of Air Control Balancing. With over 30 years in the industry, she manages the bids, scheduling and financing of the company. Dorothy is an officer and active member of the Central California Chapter of SMACNA. She is also on the Sheet Metal Workers Apprenticeship Committee. Dorothy is highly respected in the construction and building trades industry.

TAB Team Field Technician-Mark is TAB Certified and has worked for 10 years completing hundreds of projects ranging in size from single zone to 250 zone high-rise buildings.

TAB Team Fields Leader-Bayani "Laigo" is TAB certified by the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Industry. As a field leader, he has performed full-time supervision of TAB work for more than fifteen years. Bayani is a graduate of California State Univerisy, Fresno with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology.

Rob lives in Northern California and manages all of our projects in that part of the state. Rob has been balancing for over fifteen years and is now expanding Air Control Balancing's territory to the northern California border.

Vince has worked several years in Fresno and in the Bay area. His Biography is currently being completed and will be inserted soon.

Jan is the youngest member of the team. His biography will follow soon. While at Air Control Balancing, Jan has expeienced many levels of the business during a very busy time, and has shown the abilty to live up to the task. He has been quick to learn and shows not only shows great promise, but has already become an important part of the team.

Gus Trevino Jr., as the head estimator, is an important member of our sales and estimating team. Gus has been involved with HVAC in excess of twelve years, having worked for Mechanical Engineer John Frank Mitchell, and joined Air Control Balancing ten years ago. Gus is a graduate of California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology with a Construction Option. Gus is a member of American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers, Inc. (ASHRAE). With a tremendous volume of take-offs and bidding, he averages five jobs per day.

Carolyn Martin is the cheerful voice you will be greeted by when you are calling our office. She has worked for Air Control Balancing over twelve years as the office administrator, and handles all accounts receivable. Carolyn has helped our company grow to be one of the preferred balancing firms in California.
